FINANCIAL AID ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTSThe Free Application For Federal Student Financial Aid (FAFSA) asks a series of questions that will determine your eligibility and dependency status. The eligibility requirements include:•Being a U.S. citizen, or permanent resident.•Having a valid social security number•Being enrolled in an eligible program.•Making satisfactory academic progress•Being registered for the draft with Selective Service, if you are a male who is at least 18.•Not being currently enrolled in high school•Not having previously received a bachelor’s degree (FSEOG AND FEDERAL Pell programs)

FINANCIAL AID SERVICESPrior to enrolling at the AMSC, all applicants are encouraged to explore the availability of financial aid programs. The financial aid officer provides financial aid information and application assistance. The financial aid officer will help you clearly understand your eligibility status before entering into a contractual agreement. The school has a financial aid available for those who qualifies including: Veterans, unemployed or underemployed, TANF and/or GR recepients, as well as low income families.
